Frequently Asked Questions
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for custom paper tubes?
Our standard MOQ is 1,000 pieces per SKU across cylinder, oval and square formats. For repeat orders or larger-volume runs we can flex below 1,000 to support sampling and boutique launches — just send us your spec.
Can you provide a pre-production sample before bulk production?
Yes — and we strongly recommend it. We produce a hand-finished sample for your sign-off on materials, colour, finish and structure before tooling up. Lead time is typically 3–7 working days; sample cost is refunded against your bulk order.
Do you provide design templates (dielines)? What file formats do you accept?
Yes. Once we confirm the structure we send a parametric dieline in Adobe Illustrator (.ai) and PDF. We accept artwork in AI, PDF, PSD (≥300 dpi), and high-resolution PNG/JPG. Our designers can also rework your draft in-house.
Are your paper tubes eco-friendly and food-safe?
All paperboard is FSC-certified. Inner liners for food contact use food-grade aluminium foil or PE coating that meets FDA and EU 1935/2004 standards. We also offer 100% plastic-free, water-based coating options.
What is your daily production capacity?
Our Shenzhen and Dongguan facilities together produce 12 million paper tubes per year. Daily output depends on size and finish — typical runs ship 14–25 days after sample approval, faster for repeat orders.
What are your shipping terms, and how do you handle delivery?
We support EXW, FOB Shenzhen, CIF and DDP terms. Export documentation (COO, CIQ, phytosanitary, FSC chain-of-custody) is included. We ship via DHL/FedEx/UPS for samples and FCL/LCL sea freight for bulk.
